Is Randevu free for clients?
Yes. Searching, booking and managing your appointments is free. You pay the business directly for the service, the same way you always have.
Where does Randevu work?
Anywhere. Randevu isn't tied to one country — any salon, barber or studio can list their business, and clients can book any business listed in the app.
Do I need an account?
Not to look around — you can browse businesses, services and free times as a guest. To book, sign up with your phone number, email, Google or Apple. It takes a minute.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
That depends on the business. Many accept bookings automatically; others confirm each one by hand. Either way you get a notification as soon as it's accepted.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
You can cancel from the Bookings tab. If the business suggests a new time, you can accept it or propose another one.
How do I list my business?
Download the app or open app.randevu.uk, create a business account and add your services, opening hours and staff. Your business goes live straight away. Then share your booking link and invite your regular clients.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Invite each staff member by phone number. Once they accept, they get their own calendar in the app and are notified about their bookings.
Can clients book from my website or Instagram?
Yes. Every business gets its own booking link and a Book button you can paste into your website (Wix, WordPress, Squarespace and others). Clients book in the browser and don't need to install the app.
What does it cost for businesses?
Nothing during the launch offer — every feature is free. Paid plans come later. We'll announce prices before they start, and nothing is charged automatically.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Help & Support and choose Delete account. You can also email support@randevu.podu.al. The steps are on the delete account page.
